Split green olive harvested anually during September and October. Typical and originated from the Iberian Peninsule, especially the meditenanean area. There are four varieties: Cornicabra olive from Alicante, Okal olive from Cordoba, Cieza olive from Murcia and Hojiblanca olive from Seville. Similar among them for strong taste and naturally selected to be split getting a longer duration for the olive and the dressing.
They are elaborated for more than a hundred years keeping an unmistakable an especial taste perfect as an ingredient for salads and snacks.
